A great look to this rare early (possibly 16th century) piece of folk art furniture. A primitive chair fashioned from the trunk of a walnut tree and decorated with a fern on the back rest. Small in size but big in decorative appeal this chair has a unqiue charm and would be rare addition to the discerning decorator.
Condition commensurate with age and use. A restorated plank to the seat and some loss to one arm.
