Rare c1900 shop hanging sign for Gossages New Soap printed by Sir Joseph Causton & Sons, London. A highly decorative item, Gossages were a household name and produced soap throughout the 19th and early 20th century becoming a part of the Unilever detergent empire post World War 1.
Condition commensurate with age and use. A rare survivor, barn fresh piece with blemishes and staining to the surface.
