A rare beautifully engraved apothecary bottle. 

A superb decoravitive piece from a 19th century apothecary shop. A highly skilled pair of hands has engraved this bottle with its contents description swag "Sulpheric Acid" and wreath decoration. The base is indented with a pontil mark and is a wonderful survivor from the days before high street dispensing chemists.

In very good overall condtion commensurate with age.

N.B.  The contents of the bottle are (For display purposes only and not part of any sale) and is which gives it its colour not the glass. The bottle is clear glass.
